At Tri4fitness we run several Pilates classes through the week and this is a insight to our Lunchtime Pilates every Wednesday at 12:15-1:15pm with Andy Collins.
The classes is a 6 week term aimed at beginner to intermediate level and is just £36.
Benefits of Pilates is to improve core strength, mobility, flexibility and overall homeostasis.
