Yoga flow will incorporate different aspects of yoga including asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath work) and dhyana (meditation). Will look to flow with our breath whilst bringing awareness to the 4 bodies (physical, emotional, mental & spiritual). This will be a well rounded practice, which is perfect for anyone looking to add some movement and mindfulness into their week.
